The Dead Crow Comedy Room

The Dead Crow Comedy Room, the successor to Nutt Street Comedy Room, is offering comedy tonight, and most every night. They are open weekly Tuesday through Saturday.

Dead Crow is bringing talented comedians back to Wilmington now that it has found a great location on North Front Street downtown. It is a favorite gathering spot for locals and visitors to experience live comedy. The intimate basement venue provides a special environment to see comedians from Comedy Central, HBO, BET, Conan O’Brien, Jimmy Fallon and Last Comic Standing.

Special events are held throughout the week. Every Tuesday is Comedy Biingo and Two Dollar Tuesday, with $2 tacos, $2 nachos, and $2 drafts. Comedy Biingo is just like regular Bingo, but instead of numbers on your card, you have words that you mark through when a comic says them during a set.

Improv Wednesday’s features Cute Boys Club Improv, Pineapple Shaped Lamps, and the four-time Encore Award-winning Nutt House Improv Troupe, for only $3.

Open mic night every Thursday gives the area’s comedians a chance to perform; all are welcome. The Dead Crow Comedy Room serves very reasonably priced pub food and has specials on beer and drinks too. Dead Crow opens at 7 p.m. and closes at 2 a.m., seven days a week.
