Found on the second floor of the historic Roudabush building in downtown Wilmington, NC; YoSake offers the best sushi alongside a full Pan-Asian menu that diners have been enjoying for years. Chef Joshua Woo and Sous Chef Andrew Post work together to create daily sushi specials and Pan-Asian fare from locally sourced and organic farms. Some of the town’s favorite dishes include Shanghai firecracker shrimp and steamed pork dumplings. Don’t forget to allow time to try one of their signature cocktails (like the pomegranate ginger mojito) or sample from their impressive selection of sakes.
