New Battleship Marketing Director
Battleship NORTH CAROLINA names Dena Scott as its marketing and promotions director.
The USS NORTH CAROLINA Battleship Commission has named Dena Scott as the Battleship’s Marketing and Promotions Director effective September 1.
“We are excited to add such an experienced and capable marketing professional to our staff,” says Battleship Executive Director Captain Terry Bragg. “Dena’s creativity and expertise will help keep the Battleship NORTH CAROLINA Memorial one of the top tourist destinations in Southeast North Carolina and further promote our many new programs and initiatives.”
Scott is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Rutgers University.
She has more than 15 years of international and domestic marketing, graphic design and public relations experience.
The Battleship NORTH CAROLINA is self-supporting, not tax-supported, and relies on ticket sales, sales in the Ship Store and donations to operate.
